Terms for your Wall.
These terms cover accounts, public content, and use of LinksWall. Please read them before creating an account.
1. The service and these terms
LinksWall lets account holders create a public page (“Wall”), organize links into collections, and view basic engagement information. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LinksWall is the service name. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law.
We may send account, verification, security, and service emails. You can contact us if you cannot access or want to close your account.
3. Your content and public Walls
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give LinksWall a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display, and make that content available as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. This permission ends when the content is removed, except for copies retained in backups or where the law permits or requires retention.
You choose what to publish. Public Walls and enabled collections can be seen and shared by anyone, and other sites may index or copy them. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the content and links you publish.
4. Rules for using LinksWall
You agree not to use LinksWall to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, publish harmful or deceptive material, distribute malware, interfere with the service, access accounts or systems without permission, or collect personal information from other people without a lawful basis.
Do not impersonate another person or mislead visitors about who operates a Wall. You are responsible for the destinations and claims in the links you share.
5. Third-party links and services
Walls can link to third-party sites and services. LinksWall does not control or endorse their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
6. Availability, suspension, and account closure
We work to keep LinksWall available, but the service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights, and will provide notice where appropriate and required by law.
You may stop using LinksWall and request account closure by emailing support@linkswall.com. Some records may remain for a limited period in backups or where needed for legal, security, or accounting purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Paid features
If we offer paid features, we will show the applicable price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before you purchase. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law continue to apply.
8. Disclaimers and liability
LinksWall is provided subject to the warranties and service obligations required by applicable law. To the extent the law permits, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for third-party sites or content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or statutory consumer rights. Where a limitation is permitted, LinksWall’s liability is limited to direct loss caused by its breach, subject to any mandatory legal rules that apply.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as LinksWall changes. We will post the updated terms here and revise the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice where required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without taking away any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under the laws that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought before a court or authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.
